As a Texas-based licensed professional counselor, I know there is more life for you to live. I recognize that as adults, we have the foundations of whom we are laid as children. These thought patterns learned behaviors, and internalized beliefs silently influence us. Labels, diagnoses, and roles are often constraints put on us by the expectations of others. I don't play by those outdated and standardized rules. Instead, I approach my role as a counselor as an opportunity to assist others in identifying their goals and learn to shed the hurt, fear, self-doubt, and other barriers that have held you hostage for far too long.
There is no "right" way to enter or go through counseling. The wrong way--is to skip it. To stay stuck. BUT NOT ANYMORE. You're done hurting and ready to make a new story for yourself.

Franzie Giordani, M.S. L.P.C.
I believe that at our core, we are powerful and wise. In addition, we all have different strengths and weaknesses.
I think life knocks us all down sometimes, and sometimes when that happens, we need help. Our need for support is not because we are weak or stupid. We may feel that way when we struggle with setbacks and challenges, but that is not who we are at our core.
So no matter what's going on or what mistakes you've made, I see you as a powerful and intelligent person who, like myself and most humans, needs help with the situations, memories, experiences, thoughts, and emotions that TEMPORARILY block us from our naturally beautiful, wise, and powerful SELVES.
My goal is to help you re-imagine and create your best life using my extensive experience in Psychotherapy, Life Coaching, Personal Recovery, and History of client success.
